Our most cost-effective option, Grassmaster Eco Lawn is the perfect starting point for homeowners who want a healthy lawn without breaking the bank. It’s designed for standard residential lots with well-prepped topsoil and typical sun/shade conditions.

Whats included:
- Our standard All Purpose Sun & Shade seed blend applied at a minimum of 7Lbs/1000' A  balance of high-performing Perennial Ryegrass varieties and top varieties of Chewing’s and Creeping Red Fescue.

- 16-32-6 Slow Release Starter Fertilizer to promote strong early root growth

- Premium Wood Fibre mulch including a tacifier

Grassmaster Pro Green is built for homeowners who want more than just grass — they want quick germination, better erosion control, and a head start on long-term turf health. This tier features a heavier seed and mulch rate, tackifier for extra soil binding, and a soil-boosting amendments called humic acid to activate biology and increase nutrient uptake.

Includes:
- A Seasonally selected combination of high-performing Perennial Ryegrass varieties and top varieties of Chewing’s and Creeping Red Fescue applied at an increased rate.
- a higher application of premium wood fibre mulch including tacifier for greater water retention
- 16-32-6 premium Starter Fertilizer applied to the maximum of manufacturer specifications
- Extra Tackifier for added erosion control and better mulch-to-soil adhesion
- Humic Acid to promote root growth, enhance microbial activity and improve nutrient availability in poor soils

After Care:
We recommend that you fertilize your hydroseeded lawn 4-6 weeks after our application to ensure a beautiful lawn.
